Emerging Artist Scholarship Program: University Commitment Form

Please try to balance the number of students per art category so that one category is not overly
represented. TACEF reserves the right to limit the number of Emerging Artist entries by each
School and within each art category in order to balance the exhibition categories.
Art Schools are not required to provide a school sponsor at the Fair. However, it may be
beneficial for a faculty member to be present.
Each student is required to fill out an Emerging Texas Artist application and submit pictures of
their work. Students are subject to all other rules and regulations.
Students are required to submit 4 pictures of their work. 35mm slides, photographs or digital
pictures are acceptable. The pictures should accurately reflect the quality and type of work to be
exhibited. They may be used in advertising and promotion of the Emerging Texas Artist
Program.
