***May 23, 3:00PM Deadline for Artist Check in—Artists not checked in by 3:00 p.m. on Friday WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to set-up and their booth fee will be FORFEITED.
The Official Texas State Arts And Crafts Fair is open to fine artists and fine craftsmen residing in Texas, presenting their own original work. Proof of residency required. No galleries, agents or other representatives are eligible. The exhibitor must be present during the entire Fair to exhibit his or her work.
BOOTH AND SET-UP
Exhibitors are responsible for all display equipment and set-up. Booth sides and backdrops are required. Exhibitors are encouraged to showcase their creative talents through their booth presentation, as well as their work. Fair tents provide a 10’ depth per booth. No subletting or sharing of booth spaces is permitted.
BOOTH SPACE REQUESTS
No space requests are guaranteed. Please make any request ON your application; HOWEVER, booth spaces will be assigned as accepted artists begin to pay for booths in January. You will be notified via email approximately one week prior to the booth payment process opening. ***Those who pay for their booths first will receive first priority.***
